Shopmate provides tools to help manage and understand business operations, including analytics, automation, and AI-generated insights. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.
Insights and recommendations provided by Shopmate are generated using automated systems and are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on such insights. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes.
You retain ownership of your business data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopmate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in your registered business location or our operating jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
